Chez Flo is, above all, the story of Florence Boileau, a fifth-generation artisan baker. Every morning from 5am, she kneads, shapes and bakes the neighbourhood's breads, viennoiseries and pastries on site.
Her craft was recognised in 2026: her croissant won 5th prize at the Best Croissant of Greater Paris competition, awarded by Les Boulangers du Grand Paris, the same standard you'll find in every batch.
