Chez Flo, Artisan bakery in the heart of the 13th arrondissement

Chez Flo is, above all, the story of Florence Boileau. The great-granddaughter and daughter of bakers, she carries on a craft passed down through four generations. Every morning from 5am, Florence and her team knead, shape and bake the breads, pastries and viennoiseries of the neighbourhood on site.

Located at 4 Boulevard Vincent Auriol, in the heart of the 13th arrondissement of Paris, the bakery has become a local landmark in the Chevaleret area. Florence's craft was recognised in 2026: her croissant won 5th prize at the Best Croissant of Greater Paris competition, awarded by Les Boulangers du Grand Paris.
