The morning pastries
Baking starts at 5am and the counter is full for opening, at 6am. All six pastries come from the same batch, laminated by hand with Montaigu AOP Charentes-Poitou butter, the first French butter to be granted the AOP.
The croissant won 5th prize at the 2026 Greater Paris Best Croissant competition, run by Les Boulangers du Grand Paris.
